I have downloaded the iconpackager (Windows_Vista_RC1.ip).....
but don no how to run it.... I just cant run it....
please help.....

You need the actual program IconPackager, install it and then click on Browse. Select the theme and click Load and then OK.

Just in case you didn't see it, here it is again.

I took it right from explorer.exe from Vista 5744 (RC2) so you don't know what your talking about.

I have even browsed the RTM explorer.exe and guess what, its the same!

Try and not be so pretentious next time and don't advertise your work in others as it is classless and disrespectful.
